ISO 9001 certification
The Valve Spring Department acquired ISO 9001 certification in November 1998. The following November, all departments became ISO 9001 certified for the development, design, and manufacture of the entire line of spring products. Since the acquisition of ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2010, Murata Spring has worked to maintain and improve the quality of products through the development and continual improvement of the quality assurance system.
